Optical systems have become significantly smaller in recent years, prompting growing demand for molded small aspherical lenses and highly refractive glass materials.
To meet this demand, OHARA has developed L-BBH1, an optical glass with an optical constant boasting an nd in excess of 2.1 and a mold pressing temperature below 400ºC.
