Pressing Operation (Large Shape)

Gobs carried in ceramics vessels go through the reheating furnace and are heated and softened.

 

Hardness of Gobs become just suitable for pressing at exit of the furnace.

 

Gobs are hand-pressed one by one.

Pressing Operation (Small Shape)

Heated and softened Gobs on ceramics vessels are carried automatically to the pressing machine.

 

Gobs are put into pressing machine from back side and are pressed automatically into blanks.
